How the RemoteLock integration works
Birdie grants customers time-limited access to your bays via RemoteLock. Credentials — a PIN or a mobile key — are auto-issued at booking time and delivered by SMS or email, and they expire when the session ends.
Setup
- Connect your RemoteLock account in Birdie’s door-access settings.
- Map each bay or entrance to its RemoteLock device.
- Birdie auto-issues a PIN or mobile credential for every booking.
- The credential is texted or emailed to the customer and expires after the session.
Birdie configures the RemoteLock integration for you during onboarding — most venues are live within 24 hours.
